At little moments of. we take pride in crafting high-quality, natural candles and your satisfaction is our top priority. We are a small batch independent business and whilst every attempt is made to keep all batches consistent there may be some slight variances between batches.
We want you to feel confident in your purchase so if you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns & Exchanges
- Return Eligibility: You may return any unused, unburned candles in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. For partially used or burned candles, we are unable to offer returns or refunds.
- Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a defective or damaged candle, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will either send a replacement or offer a full refund, including the shipping costs.
- Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards, or custom-made candles are non-refundable, except in cases of damage or defect upon delivery.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at info@littlemomentsof.com with your order number and details of your request. Please include photos if the item is damaged.
- Return Authorisation: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return authorisation number.
- Ship the Item: Pack the item securely and return it within 14 days of authorisation to the below address

- Refund Processing: Once we receive your returned item, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, except for items returned due to defects or damage.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange a candle for a different scent or product, you can do so within 14 days of receipt, as long as the candle is unused and in its original packaging.
Contact us to initiate an exchange at info@littlemomensof.com and we'll guide you through the process. Shipping costs for the exchange are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or defective.
